Hillary Clinton needs to realize she is participating in a nominating process for a political party, not an election. The rules for that process have long been set and agreed upon by the candidates. The only legitimate conclusion to draw from the parallel she makes between this process and the election of 2000 and the infamous hanging chads is that Hillary was just as poised to win her party's nomination as Al Gore was the presidency in 2000 but has blown it. The course her inevitable candidacy has taken may actually be the best reflection of the leadership skills - or lack thereof - she brings to the table.
In Hillary's candidacy the women's rights movement has ascended to the mountaintop. The raw and impassioned feelings being expressed reflect the recognition yet unacceptance that the dream, however, will fall short
